WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

 

Due to the fresh, natural quality of our ingredients, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the freshness and potency of our products.

 

However, we do want you to love your purchase. So, if you are unsatisfied in any way, let us know and we can figure out a solution.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL ORDERS?

 

Yes, you can change/cancel orders only if your order has not yet been processed for shipping.

 

Cancelled orders will be replaced with store credit. We do not have a 'money-back' policy.

MY PRODUCTS EXPIRED RATHER QUICKLY.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

 

All our products are challenge-tested. This means that the products are guaranteed to last up to its expiry date.

 

The onus to care for these products, and store them as directed, lies with purchaser.
